Ingredients
- Mixed beans : 230g
- Mixed bean stew : 80cc
- 玉ねぎ : 120g
- ニンニク : 1片
- 生姜 : 1片
- (A) Coriander powder : 大さじ1
- (A) Cumin powder : 小さじ1
- (A) Turmeric : 小さじ1
- (A) Red Pepper : 小さじ1
- (A) Salt : 小さじ1/2
- 水煮トマト : 60g
- パクチー : 1本
- 無塩バター : 15g
- ジャスミンライス : 2人分
- 米油 : 適量

Add the onion, garlic, ginger, (A), stewed tomatoes, and rice oil to a pot and fry over high heat.
When it starts to make a noise, reduce the heat to medium low and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the mixed beans and stir fry over high heat. -

Bring to a boil then simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add unsalted butter and mix.
Add the cilantro and mix. -

- Onion, garlic, and ginger are roughly chopped.
・Chop the coriander.
If you don't like coriander, you can substitute it with parsley.
