- prune : Approximately 1 pack (5-6 pieces)
- 砂糖 : 120g

Wash the prunes and remove the stems.
Insert the knife up to the prune seed and make a cut all the way around it.
Cut the prunes in half and use the short tip of a paring knife to scoop out the seeds.
Dice the prune flesh into cubes about 7mm to 1cm in size. -

Place prunes, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat and stir with a spatula to prevent burning.
Once the juice has released, heat it up, stirring occasionally.
Remove the scum.
Heat until it changes color and thickens. -

Point
-The amount of sugar should be about 1/3 of the weight of the prune pulp.
・We use storage bottles of approximately 400ml.
Wash the storage jars thoroughly, sterilize them by boiling, and then dry them.
