Transfer the cup vanilla ice cream to a heat-resistant bowl and microwave at 500W for 2 minutes.
Mix lightly with a whisk to remove any remaining melted ingredients.
Add the Greek yogurt and mix until well combined.
Crack the eggs into the mixture and mix well until smooth. -
