- water : 480g
- Agar : 24g
- Granulated sugar : 72g
- Favorite fruit : Appropriate amount (about 10 to 20 g per piece)

Point
・ Be aware that black tea leaves become too bitter if they are steamed too much.
・ Fruits can be deliciously finished even if you use your favorite canned fruits.
・ Agar does not harden unless it is heated, so it is necessary to heat it firmly for about 1 minute after adding the agar to black tea.
・ Pour the jelly liquid in a hot state before it hardens.
・ If you don't have black tea leaves, you can use commercially available PET bottled black tea or instant black tea without any problem.
