- kiri cream cheese : 1 box (6 pieces, 108g)
- Parteno (without plain sugar) : 1 piece (100g)
- Fresh cream : 100g
- Honey : 10g
- egg : 1 piece
- Granulated sugar (white sugar is also acceptable) : 30g
- Cake flour : 15g

Put cream cheese in a heat-resistant container and heat it in a 500w microwave oven for 30 seconds to soften it. Knead with a rubber spatula, add parteno and mix well. Add honey and granulated sugar and mix well. -

Pour the dough into a mold. Bake in an oven preheated at 210 degrees for 15 minutes. Once removed, sprinkle a small amount of granulated sugar on the surface and bake for another 15-20 minutes. After removing the rough heat, wrap it, put it in a clean plastic bag, and cool it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to complete.
