クッキングシートを敷いた型に1を流し入れ、軽く持ち上げて落とすを数回繰り返し空気を抜く。
170度に余熱したオーブンで35～40分焼く。
7～8分焼いたら途中で取り出し、真ん中に包丁で切れ目を入れる。
残り時間焼き、爪楊枝を刺して生地が付かなければ完成。
