Put the chocolate in a heat-resistant bowl and boil it in hot water to melt it. Warm the cream in the microwave for about 30 seconds and mix it with the chocolate in a water bath.
Remove the chocolate from the water bath, mix and cool in a bowl of water. Pour into the mold of 1) while filtering. Crush the air bubbles with a toothpick. -
