- 薄力粉 : 大さじ1
- (A)牛乳 : 100ml
- (A)コンソメ : 小さじ1
- (A)ブラックペッパー : 適量
- チーズ : 適量
- 塩胡椒 : 適量

Add (A) and mix.
Heat in the microwave at 600W for 3 minutes without covering with plastic wrap.
Mix with a rubber spatula and add salt and pepper. -

Spread 1 on top.
put cheese on it. -

Point
・Use a large heat-resistant bowl.
・You can use bacon or broccoli instead of corn.
・You can increase the amount of corn if you like.
・You can use soy milk instead of milk.
