- (A)牛乳 : 100ml
- (A)コンソメ : 小さじ1
- (A)ブラックペッパー : 適量
- チーズ : 適量
- 塩胡椒 : 適量

Heat in the microwave at 600W for 3 minutes without covering with plastic wrap.
Mix with a rubber spatula and add salt and pepper. -
