- onion : 1/2 piece
- Olive oil : 1 tablespoon
- Grated garlic : 1 tsp
- Aibiki meat : 250g
- Whole tomato can : 1 can
- Oyster sauce : 1 tablespoon
- tomato ketchup : 1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper : Appropriate amount
- Salted butter : 30g
- Cake flour : 30g
- milk : 400ml
- Granule consomme : 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper (for white sauce) : Appropriate amount

Finely chop the onion.
Put olive oil and grated garlic in a frying pan heated on medium heat and fry the onions until clear.
Add the meat and fry until the color changes.
When the color changes, add canned whole tomatoes, oyster sauce, and tomato ketchup and simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
When the water is removed, add salt and pepper to taste. -

When the butter has melted, add the cake flour and mix to make a lump.
Add milk little by little and mix to avoid lumps.
