Crush the garlic with the back of a knife and remove the skin.
Cut off the stems of the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
Cut the onion into wedges.
Cut the carrot into chunks. -

Place the pork belly, fat side down, in a frying pan and heat over low heat.
Press the pork belly onto the frying pan and wipe off the oil with kitchen paper.
Place the pork belly on the bat.
Add the tomatoes, carrots, and onions to the frying pan and stir-fry.
Remove the skin from the tomatoes.
Add garlic.
Cut the pork belly into thick pieces.
Crush the tomatoes with a rubber spatula and push the ingredients to the edges.
Place the pork belly in the empty space and heat until browned on both sides.
Pour in the beer and simmer for 3 minutes.
Add (A), cover, and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
Mix everything together, taste, and add salt.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. -
