- Soy sauce : 1/2 tbsp
- Macrophyll : 1 sheet

Drain the 0g sugar noodles. The noodles do not have to be boiled.

Put all the seasonings in a bowl, remove the mentaiko skin, loosen the meat, and mix the whole well.
