Ingredients
- Strawberry : 12 grains
- water : 200ml
- Agar : 5g
- sugar : 40g
- milk : 400ml

Procedure

Cut the strawberries and lay them in a mold

Cut the strawberries in half vertically and spread them on the bottom of the agar sink.

Put water and agar in a pan and heat. When it boils, add sugar and heat in a boiled state for 2 minutes.

Add milk, mix and gently pour into the agar sink.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to harden.
Point
・ Agar is less likely to be fooled if it is added after putting water in a pot.
・ Bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Note that it will not harden if it is not heated sufficiently.
・ When milk is added, it will harden little by little, so mix quickly after adding milk.
・ When cutting, use a well-sharpened knife to make the strawberries difficult to move and cut the cross section cleanly.
