- Cream cheese : 200g
- sugar : 30g

- Oreo cookie : 1 bag
- butter : 40g

Finely chop the chocolate and melt it in a water bath.
Make drawn butter
Place the butter in a container and heat in the microwave for 10-30 seconds.
Make oreo cookie dough
Beat the Oreo cookie with a cotton swab and crush it.
Place in a mold, add melted butter and mix.
Spread it on the bottom of the mold while crushing it with the bottom of the glass.
Mix the dough ingredients
Put the cream cheese that has been warmed to room temperature in a bowl and smooth it with a whisk.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add fresh cream and mix, then add 1 melted chocolate and mix.
Add gelatin and water to the container, mix well, and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Finish the dough
Add the soft gelatin to 4 little by little and mix well each time.
Put in a mold and chill in the refrigerator to harden
Pour the dough into a mold lined with Oreo cookie dough.
Wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to harden.
When it cools and hardens, sprinkle cocoa powder on the bowl.
