Ingredients
- Cream cheese : 200g
- Yogurt : 200g
- Sugar (for dough) : 60g
- Gelatin (for dough) : 10g
- Water (for dough) : 100cc
- Biscuits (Marie) : 4 bags
- butter : 50g
- gelatin : 4g
- water : 100cc
- sugar : 30g
- Strawberry : 1 pack

Make biscuit dough

Add sugar and yogurt and mix.

Pour the dough into a mold and chill in the refrigerator to harden. -

・ A simple recipe that just mixes and cools.
-Economical because yogurt is used.
-Decorate the strawberries for a gorgeous look.
・ Return the cream cheese to room temperature. Alternatively, heat it in the microwave to soften it.
-There is no problem with or without the paper pattern. If not laid, warm the outside of the mold to make it easier to remove from the mold.
・ Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to make it even more cheesey.
