Ingredients
- Cotton tofu : 300g
- Cucumber : 1/2
- Mini Tomato : 5 pieces
- Minced pork : 100g
- eggplant : 80g
- Grated garlic : 1 tsp
- sweet sake : 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce : 1 tsp
- sugar : 1 tsp
- miso : 2 tsp
- Fine onions : as you like
- Thread trimming pepper : as you like
