Ingredients
- spinach : 1/2 bundle
- soy sauce : 1 tsp
- (A) Dashi : 50cc
- (A) Light soy sauce : 1/2 tbsp
- (A) Mirin : 1/2 teaspoon
- Katsuobushi : Appropriate amount

Put hot water in a frying pan, bring to a boil and add salt.
Add spinach from the root and boil for about 1 minute.
Take out the spinach and put it in cold water in a bowl to cool it. -
