- (A) Ginger : 1 spoon
- (A) Pepper : 1 spoon

- flour : 20g

Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and put them in a bowl.
Add (A) and mix.
Put the plastic wrap in close contact and let it sit for about 30 minutes. -

・ Soy sauce can be used as a substitute for thin soy sauce.
・ If you like the texture of deep-fried Tatsuta, you don't need to add eggs.
・ Shorten the frying time and cook with residual heat to prevent the gravy from flying.
