Ingredients
- Chicken thigh meat : 400g

- (A) Garlic : 1 piece
- (A) Lemon juice : 100cc
- (A) Olive oil : 1 tablespoon

- (A) Chicken bouillon : 1 piece
- Salt and pepper : Appropriate amount
- Mizuna : 2 bundles
- (B) Balsamic vinegar : A little less than 1 tbsp
- (B) Olive oil : A little less than 1 tbsp
- (B) Mayonnaise : A little less than 1 tbsp
- (B) Pepper : Appropriate amount
- Grated cheese : Appropriate amount
