Cover with a lid and simmer
Boil once, cover with a lid and simmer for 30-45 minutes. Turn it over from time to time. Boil until the knife passes.
Make the sauce
Put 2 cups of ladle in a frying pan and add canned crab and water-soluble potato starch to make a sauce.
Be careful of burns, drop both ends of the onion, peel it and put it in a bowl. Reheat the sauce and finish.
