- (A) Ajinomoto : 4 swings

- Salad oil : Appropriate amount
- salt : Appropriate amount
- pepper : Appropriate amount
- mayonnaise : as you like
- Black pepper : Appropriate amount

Roll the aluminum foil and wash the surface of the burdock.
Cut into thin sticks with a width of about 5 cm. -

Soak for 20 to 30 minutes and mix occasionally. -

・ Pepper that is sprinkled on freshly fried is recommended because powdery ones tend to get entangled.
