- (B) Miso : Approximately 2/3 tablespoon (16g)
- (B) Gochujang : 約大さじ1/2(12g)
- (B) Water (for heating) : 500ml
- (B) Pepper : 2 swings

- 玉ねぎ : 約1/4個(60g)
- Japanese leek : 1 and 1/2 pieces (150g)

- Chinese cabbage kimchi : 40g

Prepare the ingredients

Cut the sausage and ham into thin slices.
Cut the onion into thin slices.
Cut the green onion into appropriate sizes.
Place the green onions, ham, sausage, and onions in that order in the pot. -

Add baked beans, Chinese cabbage kimchi, (A), cheddar sliced cheese, and (B) to 1 in this order.
Stir over heat and bring to a boil.
Increase the heat and add water (for later addition).
Add instant ramen noodles and boil to complete.

・Be sure to use green onions.
・You don't have to use the cheddar sliced cheese.
・Use aged Chinese cabbage kimchi.
・In the video, the ham is sliced thinly, but you can also slice it into julienne.
・You can bring out the flavor by slicing the sausage and ham into thin slices.
