Take the shiitake mushrooms and slice them. Cut the young corn in half vertically and cut the green onions diagonally. Cut the ginger into julienne as it is. Cut the tofu into 5 equal pieces. Put the pork on a bat and sprinkle with Shaoxing wine and salt and pepper. Loosen while sprinkling with sardine powder.
