- (A) Soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Mirin : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Sesame oil : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Oyster sauce : 1 tsp
- (A) Gochujang : 1 tsp
- (A) Grated garlic : 1/2 teaspoon
- (A) Ajinomoto : a little
- (A) Black pepper (coarse ground) : a little
- (B) Cooking sake : a little
- (B) Water : 600ml
- (B) Chopped green onions : Appropriate amount
- (B) Dashi no Moto : About 1/2 tbsp
- (B) Miso : About 1 tbsp
