    さつまいもの両面にベーコンを貼り付ける。

    3の表面に薄力粉をまぶしつける。

    フライパンにサラダ油を熱し、4を溶き卵にくぐらせて焼く。焼き色が付いたら裏返す。焼けたら溶き卵を二度付けして更に焼く。

    両面きつね色に焼けたら皿に取り、ケチャップを添える。
