- (A) Sea chicken (L flakes) : 1 can
- （A）木綿豆腐 : 300g
- （A）卵 : 1個
- （A）片栗粉 : 大さじ3
- （A）コンソメ : 小さじ1と1/2
- （A）パン粉 : 大さじ2
- （A）塩コショウ : 適量
- サラダ油 : 適量
- 乾燥パセリ : 適量
- マヨネーズ : 適量
- ケチャップ : 適量
