フライパンにサラダ油を少量入れて温めたら、鶏むね肉を入れ、底が固まり焼き色が付くまで2~3分焼く。裏返し、反対側も米粉が固まるまで焼いたらヘラで押さえつけながら全体に焼き色を付ける。煎餅のような焼き上がりになったらキッチンペーパーに取り出し油を切る。残りの鶏むね肉も同様に焼く。
