Procedure

  1. 1) クッキー生地を作る 00:57

    粉っぽさがなくなってきたら、ラップに包んで四角く平らに整え、冷凍庫で20分冷やす。

    1を冷凍庫から出して、クッキー生地を半分に包丁で切る。
    それぞれのクッキー生地をラップで挟み、食パンの面積よりも少し大きくなるくらいに、めん棒で伸ばす。

  3. 3) クッキー生地を食パンにのせる 02:48

    2のラップの片面を外し、食パンに被せる。
    もう片面のラップも外し、アルミホイルを敷いた天板の上にのせる。
    グラニュー糖をクッキー生地の上に振りかける。
    包丁の背で、メロンの皮の跡をつけていく。

    食パンの上からアルミホイルを被せて、250度または1000Wのトースターで15分焼く。
    アルミホイルを外して、焼き色が付くまで5分ほど焼く。
