Cut the peppers in half and slice each seed into 1 cm wide slices.

Point
・ When using chopped pork, sprinkle it with potato starch so that it does not become hard.
・ If you are not good at fat, you can use pork loin.
・ If you are not good at pepper seeds, you can remove them.
・ If you like the scent of bell peppers, stir-fry it in addition to the finish.
