  • (B)しょうゆ : 大さじ1
  • (B)酒 : 大さじ1
  • (B)砂糖 : 小さじ2
  • (B)オイスターソース : 小さじ2
  • (B)おろしニンニク : 1片

Procedure

    Put chicken wings and (A) in a bowl, knead well, leave for 10 minutes and let it blend in.
