Cut the deep-fried tofu

Wrap the fried tofu in kitchen paper to remove excess moisture, then cut it into thirds.

フライパンを弱めの中火にかけ、ごま油を引く。
厚揚げを入れて焼き、焼き色がついたら裏返す。
側面も焼き、全面に焼き色がついたら取り出す。 -

ちりめんじゃこを焼く

フライパンの汚れを軽く拭き取る。
弱火にかけてごま油を引き、ちりめんじゃこを入れて炒める。
香ばしい香りがたち、軽く焼き色がついたら火を止める。 -
