    炊飯器にもち米、おこわ、水を入れて平にして、白米炊飯モードで炊飯する。

  2. 2) 小梅を刻む 01:44

    カリカリ小梅の種から実を切り落とし、食感が残る程度に、細く刻む。

  3. 3) 枝豆を解凍する 02:03

    冷凍の枝豆を解凍して、実を取り出す。

  4. 4) ご飯を混ぜる 02:20

    ご飯が炊き上がったら10分蒸らす。十字にしゃもじを入れて、全体を混ぜ合わせる。

  5. 5) ゆかりを加える 02:40

    大きめのボウルやお皿に取り出し、ゆかりを2回ほどに分けて入れて、お米を切るように混ぜる。

  6. 6) 材料を混ぜる 03:00

    Add chirimen, sesame seeds, chopped crispy plums and edamame and mix.

Point

・ Use 1.5 go (225 g) of glutinous rice and 0.5 go (75 g) of white rice.
