Add sugar and mix until incorporated, then add 1 egg and mix until incorporated.

鍋にクッキングシートを敷き、生地を流し入れる。
アルミホイルで蓋をして、極弱火で30分加熱する。
生地の周りが固まっていたら火から降ろし、蓋をしたまま粗熱を取る。 -

冷やし固める

しっかり粗熱が取れたら、鍋から取り出してお皿に移し、冷蔵庫に入れ3時間冷やす。
食べやすい大きさに切り分け、お皿に盛り付けて完成。
Point
・Mix the dough well during all steps until there are no lumps.

・If the cream cheese is hard, it is best to heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds before using.
- Milk can be replaced with fresh cream.
