Ingredients

  • ケーキ用マーガリン : 60g
  • 砂糖 : 50g
  • 卵黄 : 1個
  • 薄力粉 : 100g
  • 抹茶 : 小さじ1
  • 黒ごま : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 生地を作る 00:12

    マーガリンを柔らかくし、砂糖を加えてざらつきがなくなるまでよく混ぜ、卵黄を3回に分けて加え混ぜる。
    ふるった薄力粉を加えて、切るように混ぜ、キウイの中心部分用に50gほどを取り分けておいて、残した生地に抹茶を加えて混ぜる。

  2. 2) 生地を成形して冷やす 01:56

    プレーン生地を12cm程度の筒状に伸ばし、平らに伸ばした抹茶の生地で包み込み、俵状に形を整えてラップで包んで冷蔵庫で30分程度休ませる。

  3. 3) カットして黒ごまを付ける 02:42

    生地を7mm厚さにカットし、オーブンペーパーを敷いた天板に並べて、黒ごまを付ける。

  4. 4) オーブンで焼く 03:20

    170℃に余熱したオーブンで13分程度焼く。

Point
