    高野豆腐3枚をぬるま湯に浸して3〜5分ほど置いて戻しておく。

    醤油、料理酒、みりん、砂糖、すりおろし生姜を加えて混ぜる。

    高野豆腐をザルにあけて水気を切り、両手で挟み、ほんのり水気が残る程度に絞る。1枚を6等分に切る。

    調味料袋に片栗粉、高野豆腐を入れて振りながら表面に片栗粉をまぶす。
