- plain yogurt : 400g
- 塩 : 二つまみ
- はちみつ : 15g

                        Drain the yogurt

                        Pour the yogurt into a colander lined with kitchen paper, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and drain for about 1 hour.

                        Put the drained yogurt in a bowl, add honey and mix. Pour yogurt into a tray lined with parchment paper, top with strawberries and blueberries, and chill in the freezer to harden.

・ Process 1 Since salt is used when you want to drain yogurt quickly, it is recommended to take 5 to 6 hours when draining without salt. Drain 400g of yogurt to 200g.
