- (A) Water : 150ml
- (A) Salty sauce : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Sesame oil : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Black vinegar : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Doubanjiang : 小さじ1
- (A) Chicken glass soup : 小さじ1
- 黒胡椒 : 適量
- 油 : 適量

Put (A) in a container and mix well.

Boil somen for one and a half minutes. After boiling, rinse with running water and soak in ice water.

Point
・ If you like strong seasoning, you can reduce the amount of water to 100ml.
・ Black vinegar may be replaced with other vinegar.
・ The chin soup stock may be replaced with mentsuyu.
・ Be sure to heat the eggs half-ripe.
・ It is delicious even if you add ham or sprinkle all-purpose onions to your liking.
