- 厚揚げ : 2パック
- 長ねぎ : 2本
- 鶏むねひき肉 : 200g
- 酒(ひき肉用) : 大さじ1
- しょうが : 1片
- (A) Miso : 大さじ3〜4
- (A) Salty sauce : 大さじ2
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ2
- (A) Sake (for green onion miso) : 大さじ2
- 砂糖 : 大さじ1
- ミックスチーズ : 適量
