Cut the thinly sliced pork in half.
Remove the core from the cabbage, cut the hard part into smaller pieces, and cut the leaf part into a suitable size. -

Add sesame oil to a warm frying pan, add thinly sliced pork and fry.
Sprinkle salt and pepper and fry, and when the meat is cooked for about 70-80%, add the hard part of the cabbage and fry.
If the whole cabbage is oiled, add the leaves and fry quickly. -

Point
・ The chin soup stock can be replaced with white soup stock. Since the salt concentration of chin dashi varies depending on the manufacturer, adjust it to your liking.
・ If you are concerned about sugar, you can substitute sugar with lacant.
・ Akadashi can be replaced with red miso. Adding red soup will increase the flavor.
・ It is delicious if you put grated ginger on it if you like. Momoya is recommended.
・ Donburi is recommended, but you can enjoy it as a side dish.
