Ingredients
- Salad oil (for stir-fried gapao) : 大さじ1
- 鶏もも肉 : 120g
- 塩胡椒 : 適量
- ニンニク : 1片
- タマネギ : 1/8 pieces (about 40-50g)
- 赤パプリカ : 1/4 piece (about 40-50g)
- 赤唐辛子 : 2本
- (A)ナンプラー : 小さじ1半
- (A)オイスターソース : 小さじ1
- (A)創味シャンタン : 小さじ1/3
- (A)黒胡椒 : 適量
- バジル : 5枚
- 卵 : 1個
- ご飯 : 200g
- サラダ油(目玉焼き用) : 2 tsp to 1 tbsp

Procedure

Cut the ingredients and season the chicken thighs

Dice red paprika and onions.
Crush the garlic, remove the core and chop it.
Cut the red pepper into slices.
Cut chicken thighs into small pieces slightly smaller than 1 cm square and sprinkle with salt and pepper. -

Make stir-fried gapao

Put the vegetable oil in a frying pan and heat it, then fry the chicken thighs.
When the chicken thighs are cooked, add garlic, onions and red paprika and fry while mixing.
After adding the red pepper, add (A) to adjust the taste.
Turn off the heat, add basil and mix. -

Put the vegetable oil in a frying pan, drop the eggs, and bake on medium heat until cooked.

Put rice, 2 stir-fried gapao, and 3 fried egg on a plate and it's done.
Point
・ Soak red pepper in water for 15 to 30 minutes before cooking to soften it.
・ For red peppers, if you like spicy peppers, add the seeds of the peppers, and if you don't like it, take the seeds.
・ If you don't have red paprika, you can use peppers instead, but red paprika has a better color.
・ When making stir-fried Gapao, stir-fry over medium heat from beginning to end. After adding the seasoning, reduce the heat when it is about to burn.
・ Turn off the heat before adding basil. Basil is easy to cook, so you only need to preheat it.
・ If you don't have basil, you can use perilla instead. If you use perilla, it becomes Japanese style, but it has a refreshing flavor and is delicious.
・ When roasting eggs, add oil to the edge of the frying pan, drop the eggs on it, and bake like fried. The white meat has a nice texture and goes well with stir-fried egg whites.
