- 鶏もも肉 : 1枚
- 長ねぎ : 2本
- えのき : 1パック
- tofu : 1丁
- 玉ねぎ : 1/2個
- (A) It's white : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Salty sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Chicken soup base : 大さじ1
- (A) Water : 400ml
- (A) Sake : 100ml
- ごま油 : 適量
- 生しょうが : 1/4片
Cut the ingredients
Cut the onions into combs. Cut the green onions diagonally. Take the enoki mushrooms and loosen them by hand. Cut the tofu into 6 equal parts. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
Sprinkle sesame oil in a frying pan and heat lightly. Add chicken thighs from 1 and bake on high heat until browned. Add 1 onion and fry until golden brown. Add (A) and grated raw ginger and bring to a boil. Add 1 tofu and 1 enoki mushroom, cover and simmer on medium heat for 4 minutes. Add 1 green onion and simmer for another 1 minute.
・ Although silk tofu is used in the video, you can use silk tofu or cotton tofu as you like.
・ Taste at the end, and if the taste is strong, add water to adjust.
・ You can enjoy it even if you add udon noodles or sprinkle it on rice.
・ You can enjoy it by sprinkling Japanese pepper or shichimi pepper to your liking.
