Sprinkle salt (not included in the recipe) on the okra and rub it on a board.
Wash the okra with water (not included in the recipe) and wipe off the moisture with paper towels.
Cut off both ends of the okra and cut into 2 equal pieces.
Crush the garlic with a knife and chop it finely. -
