- Yakisoba noodles : 1 bag
- 豚バラ肉 : 80g
- 長ネギ : 20g
- もやし : 100g
- 卵 : 1個
- 鰹節 : 3g
- (A) Salty sauce : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Oyster sauce : 小さじ1
- (A) Sake : 大さじ2
- ラード : 8cmほど
- 黒胡椒 : 適量

Put dried bonito in a bowl and heat in a 600w microwave for 40 seconds. After heating, knead by hand to make powder.
