Procedure

・薄力粉はとろみになるので、加えたらよく絡める。
・ケチャップは水気がなくなり、酸味が飛ぶまでよく炒める。
・ケチャップの炒め時間と、赤ワインの煮込み時間を伸ばすと、酸味が消えて、さらにまろやかになって美味しくなる。
