Point
・ Boil the oysters for about 2 minutes to make the soup stock.
・ If you put the ingredients in the rice cooker and the soup stock is not enough, add water.
・ Since it is cooked rice, a little less water is required.
・ If you can't prepare salted capers, you don't need them.
・ Wash the oysters well to remove dirt and water.
