Cut the broccoli stalks into pieces that are easy to eat, and if the bunches are large, cut them in half and wash them with water.

Add potato starch, cake flour, grated garlic, grated ginger, mayonnaise and soy sauce to a bowl and mix. Add water little by little and mix until the batter is soft.

Tangle broccoli with clothes.

鍋にサラダ油を入れて180度に温めたら、ブロッコリーを入れて強めの中火にして3分揚げる。

When both sides are browned, remove the broccoli and drain for about 3 minutes. Serve on a plate and complete.
