Point
・ Small green onions may be used instead of long green onions.
・ By heating the bean sprouts and lard in the microwave for 1 minute, the same effect as oiling can be obtained.
・ If you don't have lard, you can use vegetable oil instead.
・ Be careful not to stir-fry pork ribs, garlic, and green onions as they are easy to burn.
・ Fry the bean sprouts lightly for about 10 seconds.
