Crush the peppers by hand, remove the calyx and seeds, and cut into strips horizontally.

Heat a frying pan over high heat, add olive oil, add peppers and let the oil blend in.
Fry for about 10 minutes on low heat without touching it while removing water. -

Reduce to medium heat and add sake, kelp soup stock, soy sauce, and dried bonito flakes in that order.
Point
・ It's delicious even when it's cold, so it's ideal as a lunch box or a regular dish.
・ Crushing peppers by hand makes it easier to stir-fry and add flavor.
・ The seeds may remain, but if you are concerned, remove them.
・ When frying, stir-fry carefully so that it is baked without much tampering. By doing so, the umami of the peppers comes out and the bitterness is weakened.
・ Recommended for those who dislike peppers.
