Ingredients
- キュウリ : 3本
- 塩 : 大さじ1/3
- 味噌 : 大さじ3

Procedure

下ごしらえをする

Wash the cucumber and wipe off the water.
Cut off both ends and use a peeler to peel the skin lengthwise in 3 to 4 places.
Place it on a cutting board, sprinkle salt on it, roll it and rub it on the board.
Leave to rest on a colander for 1 hour. -

Wash 1 with water to remove salt.
Wipe off the water with kitchen paper.
Place cucumber and miso in a plastic bag.
Rub with your hands until the miso is evenly distributed.
Squeeze the air out of the plastic bag and tie the top off.
Soak overnight. -

味噌を洗い流す

2の味噌を洗い流して完成。
Point
・A recipe for miso pickles that can be made simply by marinating with miso.
- It will be easier to pickle if you peel the skin in 3 to 4 places with a peeler before pickling.
- After rinsing the salt off the cucumbers in step 2, be sure to wipe them dry thoroughly to prevent the flavor from becoming diluted and the cucumbers from spoiling.
