Ingredients
- 牛肉(切り落とし) : 150g
- Potatoes : 2 pieces (1 piece about 120g)
- 玉ねぎ : 1/2個
- ワケギ : 2本
- サラダ油 : 大さじ1
- 片栗粉 : 小さじ1/3
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ1
- (A)オイスターソース : 大さじ1
- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ2~3
- (A)みりん : 大さじ1
- (A)酒 : 大さじ3

Wrap the potatoes one by one with plastic wrap and heat in a 600w microwave for 4-5 minutes.
Remove the heat, peel and cut into 8 equal parts.
Cut the onion into 3 cm squares.
Cut the scallions into thin slices and soak them in water for 5 minutes to drain them. -

Spread the vegetable oil in a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Fry the onions, and when the oil is familiar to the whole, spread the beef.
After lightly frying, add 2 tablespoons of mixed seasoning and fry while entwining. -

Add potato starch to the combined seasoning left in step 3 and mix, then put in a frying pan.

Point
・ When wrapping potatoes in plastic wrap, wrap them in a wet state without draining them.
・ First of all, let the taste of the seasoning blend well with the beef and onions.
・ Mix the remaining sauce with potato starch to make it easier to entangle the taste in a short time.
