- 納豆 : 3パック
- 青じそ : 適量
- 白胡麻 : 適量
- 卵黄 : 4個
- ご飯 : 適量
- 砂糖 : 小さじ1
- 醤油 : 大さじ2
- ごま油 : 大さじ2

Prepare the dried daikon

Rinse the dried daikon with water and put it back for about 5 minutes. Squeeze the water and transfer to a bowl.

Add sugar and soy sauce and mix, then add green perilla, white sesame and sesame oil and mix further.

Point
・ Rehydrate the dried daikon with water to the desired hardness.
・ Add green perilla as you like.
・ If the natto does not have sauce or mustard, only natto is required.
・ If you like, sprinkle on rice and eat.
・ If you want to keep it, put it in a storage container and eat it in the refrigerator for about 2 days.
